Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
- 4 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup flaxseed meal
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
Directions
